How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy! You can book online through our website 24/7, fill out
our contact form, or use our mobile app if available. For same-day
service, please contact us directly as online booking may have limited
availability.
What information do I need to provide when booking?
When booking, please provide your name, phone number, email address,
service address, type of service needed, TV size (for mounting), wall
type (if known), preferred date and time, and any special circumstances
or requirements. The more details you provide, the more accurate our
quote will be.
How long in advance should I schedule?
For best availability, we recommend booking 2-3 days in advance.
However, we often have same-day or next-day availability, especially for
standard TV mounting jobs. If you have an urgent need, call us and we'll
do our best to accommodate you.
Do you offer weekend appointments?
Yes! We offer Saturday appointments and can sometimes accommodate Sunday
requests. Weekend appointments are popular, so we recommend booking in
advance. Weekend service may have a small additional fee, but we'll
always disclose this upfront.
How long will the appointment take?
Appointment duration depends on the service. Standard TV mounting takes
1-2 hours. More complex jobs like full-motion mounts, multiple TVs, or
cable management can take 2-4 hours. Furniture assembly varies by item
complexity - a simple chair might take 30 minutes while a complex
entertainment center could take 2-3 hours.
What happens if I'm not home during the appointment?
We require someone 18 or older to be present at the appointment. If you
need to leave, please let us know in advance. For TV mounting, we can
often work while you're away if you provide access instructions, but
we'd prefer someone to be there to approve the final placement. Contact
us to discuss your specific situation.
Do I need to be there for the whole appointment?
Yes, we require someone 18 or older to be present for the entire
appointment. This is for security and to ensure we can get your approval
on the placement and results. If you need to leave briefly, please let
us know in advance. For shorter jobs, you can expect to be there the
whole time.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your
appointment. You can reschedule online, by phone, or by email. If you
need to reschedule with less than 24 notice, please call us and we'll do
our best to accommodate you.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. For
cancellations within 24 hours, a small cancellation fee may apply to
cover our technician's time. We understand emergencies happen - please
call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
How can I provide feedback about my service?
We value your feedback! After your service, you'll receive a follow-up
email with a link to leave a review. You can also leave feedback through
our website, Google, Yelp, or Facebook. If you have specific concerns,
please call us directly so we can address them. Your satisfaction is our
top priority.
