During the installation, our skilled technician will provide input on the optimal height for mounting your TV.

Important: Once the technician leaves, there will be a charge if they need to return to adjust the TV's position. Please ensure the TV is placed exactly where you want it before the technician leaves.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Flexible Changes

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment as long as it's not within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Simply use the link provided at the bottom of your confirmation email.

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations or last-minute rescheduling within 24 hours will incur an automatic $50 charge.

This helps us cover the costs of scheduling and ensures our technicians' time is valued.

Important Notice: Post-Installation Changes

Once our technician completes the installation and leaves your home, they won't be able to adjust the TV position or make any changes without a scheduled appointment.

Additional charges apply for:

Moving the TV up or down
Changing the bracket type
Repositioning after completion
Any post-installation adjustments
Please ensure the TV is in the correct location and you're happy with the bracket choice BEFORE the technician leaves!
