Important: Once the technician leaves, there will be a charge if they need to return to adjust the TV's position. Please ensure the TV is placed exactly where you want it before the technician leaves.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment as long as it's not within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Simply use the link provided at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Cancellations or last-minute rescheduling within 24 hours will incur an automatic $50 charge.

Once our technician completes the installation and leaves your home, they won't be able to adjust the TV position or make any changes without a scheduled appointment.
