This Privacy Policy explains how Handy Andy TV Mounting ("we," "us," or "our"), 616 Memorial Heights Drive, Houston, TX 77007, collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit www.ihandyandy.com, book a service, request an estimate, or contact us.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address, service address and ZIP code, details and photos of the job, and your appointment details.
• Your text message choice: whether you agreed to receive text messages from us.
• Payment information: card details are entered with and stored by our payment processor (Stripe), not by us.
• Website usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the page that referred you, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

How we use your information

• To schedule and perform your service.
• To send the estimates, invoices, and appointment messages you ask for.
• To answer your questions.
• To process payment.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website.

We never use your information to send marketing or promotional text messages.

How we share your information

We share personal information only in these cases:

• With service providers that help us run our business, such as payment processing, website hosting and analytics, mapping, and email delivery. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
• When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or court order.
• In connection with a sale or merger of our business.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Text messages

We send Handy Andy TV Mounting Customer Care & Appointment Texts only to customers who opt in, either by checking the optional SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default, on our booking form or estimate request form, or by saying yes when our staff ask during a phone booking. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The program is described in our SMS Terms, and the ways to opt in are shown at www.ihandyandy.com/sms-opt-in.

These texts are booking confirmations, technician on-the-way/ETA updates, estimates, invoices, replies about your job, and one post-service follow-up (feedback request). We never send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies. A typical booking receives about 3 messages (confirmation, on-the-way notice, post-service follow-up), plus any estimate or invoice and replies about your job. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@ihandyandy.com or (713) 876-9032.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep your information

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to provide our services, answer warranty questions, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize them. If you reply STOP, we keep a record of your opt-out so we do not text you again.

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
